Back in 2019, while serving in the Australian Defence Force, I felt a pull to do something new - a venture that would be a break from the usual tour experience. I wanted to create something hands-on and real, where people could get outdoors and truly experience the Gold Coast hinterland and Northern New South Wales, not just see it from a bus window.

After a few brainstorming sessions (and some good pub chats), Good2Go Tours was born. The vision was simple: run a small group shuttle service that takes 8–10 people off the beaten path to explore the places locals actually love. Mt Tamborine wineries, Gold Coast craft breweries, the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, charming small towns, and the best secondhand shopping spots in the region - every tour is built on local knowledge, good vibes, and a genuine connection to community.

As a veteran and locally owned Gold Coast business, supporting the towns and communities we visit is at the heart of what we do. Each tour is a chance to experience the culture, scenery, and warmth of local communities in a way that's anything but ordinary. We stop at local pubs, buy from local makers, and put money back into the places that make this region special.

These days, we're also getting the next generation outdoors with our school holiday mountain bike programs for teens at Uki Mountain Bike Park - because the best memories aren't made on a screen.
